EquiAttune is a specialized process that synchronizes the nervous system's natural healing and regulation abilities with the attuned, healing presence of equines, all within the relational and neurobiological framework of Brainspotting. This workshop is designed for Brainspotting practitioners who are ready to creatively practice the Neuroexperiential Model (NEM) and the Dual Attunement Frame in an equine-assisted setting.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to expand your practice by integrating the power of Brainspotting with the profound wisdom of equines, enabling you to provide a space for deep, authentic mindful processing.
This workshop does not qualify any participant as an equine-assisted trained provider. It is an introduction to equine-assisted Brainspotting that includes experientials.

Learning Objectives
- Review of the Neuroexperiential Model (NEM).
- Discuss and provide scientific research about equines effect on the human nervous system and regulation.
- Discuss and provide psychoeducation on non-verbal communications in equines.
- Practice and apply a body resource spot while connecting with equines.
- Identify and recall characteristics of hyper and hypo arousal.
- Discuss, compare and contrast the human and equine nervous systems development and reactions to stress.
- Review different forms of attachment, and compare and contrast secure and insecure attachment characteristics.
- Discuss and identify characteristics of attachment traumas effect on the development of the nervous system and how equines contribute to healing attachment wounds and traumas.
- Participant in a expansion spot equine relating group activity.
