Harmonic Brain Healing

CE Hours 6.25 6.25 Clinical

About this live event

Life is full of unpredictable twists and turns that often leave us with troubling images etched in our minds. These images could be from distressing news, family crises, witnessing traumatic events, or even personal relationships. These mental snapshots can become a persistent, unwelcome presence in our thoughts, making it difficult to move forward. This training will equip you with a powerful tool to assist your clients in breaking free from these repetitive and intrusive thoughts and mental images. (Previously presented as ImageSpotting) Harmonic Brain Healing (HBH) is rooted in the intersection of neuroscience, trauma recovery, and cognitive re-patterning. This method, as described, relies heavily on the brain’s capacity for neuroplasticity, utilizing visualization and mental imagery techniques to reframe traumatic memories and activate healing processes within the brain. Life’s unpredictable twists can leave troubling images in our minds—whether from distressing news, family crises, traumatic events, or personal relationships. These mental snapshots often become unwelcome presences, making it hard to move forward. Harmonic Brain Healing equips you with a transformative tool designed to help your clients achieve lasting healing. Whether they are struggling with overwhelming emotions, grief, nightmares, or the physical effects of trauma, this method provides a powerful approach to recovery. By integrating Harmonic Brain Healing, you’ll offer a versatile toolkit to address anxiety, enhance performance, and break the cycle of intrusive thoughts for lasting transformation. This training is open to: - Therapists working with trauma, grief, anxiety, or somatic memory - First responders, healers, and mental health professionals familiar with attunement or mindfulness-based approaches - Brainspotting and EMDR practitioners (at any level) - No Brainspotting or EMDR training required to attend.
